我看到在senai garden的一房是378K和旧kemayan隔壁IOI platino studio330K，你们觉得哪个比较适合做投资出租容易？

都不适合。。地点不美

两个都在大路边哦，另一个隔壁有大型的shoppingmall哦。

两个都是不好 , 很难租出去 , 需要的人不多 , 屋子小但价钱太高 ,
每个月租到来自己还要贴很多 ..
虽然在shopping隔壁 , 但是地区不是很旺哦 ..
