没有SPM能在新加坡读Diploma & Adv Diploma in Business Management吗

我现在在新加坡拿WP做工，已经做了一年半，现在想半工半读Diploma & Adv Diploma in Business Management，我没有SPM也不会英文能读华语的吗？

如果能有什么学校比较好的？

还有读华语的Diploma & Adv Diploma in Business Management对申请PR有帮助吗？

GCE 'A' Levels, Higher NITEC or equivalent qualifications
GCE 'N', 'O' Levels, and NITEC or equivalent qualifications (bridging subjects required)
English proficiency may be considered sufficient and a IELTS score may not be required if applicant possesses a diploma from a recognised institution where English was the sole medium of instruction. Otherwise, minimum IELTS score of 5.5 or equivalent is required

不行的话去考一个0 level文凭再去读diploma吧～

要申请pr diploma不够了最少要degree了
