最主要是空腹时不要会胀气的食物, 像饼干, 面包, 香蕉, 糯米类食物等等等, 楼主可以查胃胀气该避免的食物..
有时我不小心吃错了引起胃胀气, 就会喝vitagen. 不久后就会"排气"了, 这是我个人经验啦, 可以试试
