材料: 扁豆一兩,赤小豆一兩,粉葛一斤,瘦肉四兩,鯪魚一條,蜜棗二粒。陳皮一小塊。
做法:
(1) 扁豆赤小豆蜜棗用清水洗淨備用
(2) 粉葛切開數塊,瘦肉飛水,備用
(3) 鯪魚去腸洗淨,用小油起鑊爆過,在水喉用水沖洗一下,以減小油分,
(4) 煲內放適量的水,猛火煲至水沸,將全部材料放下,改用中火煲二至三小時,加入適量食鹽調味,即可食用。
療效: 扁豆,赤小豆粉葛去濕清熱,春夏最宜飲用,全家老少都可飲用。
