鸡蛋3个,盐,生粉少许,油,黑芝麻(炒熟的)
做法
做法:
1鸡蛋打散,加入少量生粉和盐
2锅中加入少量油,加热,倒入蛋液。
3待底部成型后,将左边一半对折翻到右边,再倒入一半蛋液,依次折叠3层
4熟了,加上少量黑芝麻,添香增色。
小诀窍:
1煎的过程中,要让炉火开到最低,不然底面就糊掉了
