早餐我想吃什么就吃,就像今早吃了一盘炒面+MILO+烤面包2片+蛋糕。下午照吃。晚餐我都不吃,因为会在下午4或5点尽量不要让自己太饿。但是不吃快餐或汽水类的。
可是我每天都运动。之前45kg,一个月后是38kg.不懂准吗……
