Actually it depends on how you think about tuition. Some students go to tuition class because they want to have extra knowledge or they can't understand what is taught by their school teacher. Some students go to tuition class just to have fun because their friends are at the tuition center. So, no matter how, when parents spend money on tuition, then we have to appreciate because earning money is not an easy job.
