想問一個問題
如果account 被 limited 了要怎麽處理呢？
網站說要我的 Proof of Address 不過沒有這類型賬單的話要怎麽辦？

被限制原因是這樣

Take a moment to change your password and security questions and review your account information and recent transactions for changes or unknown payments.

If you see a payment you don't recognise, go to the Resolution Centre and report it by clicking "Dispute a Transaction".

去银行开一个户口, 弄一个maybank2u, 然后把paypal和你的户口link在一起, 就可以了...
你用paypal还钱的时 ...

如果没记错的话好像可以从VISA过钱去paypal 可是我不知道怎么用啊 ==
