If you'll allow me, I would like to say something about your questions.
In my very humble opinion, it's just not proper to add the word "what" or "one" at the end of a sentence, either in spoken or written english. I'm not very sure, but I think this is the influence of the singlish or manglish or whatever you call it. It sounds silly when you add these words.
Please, correct me if I'm wrong, thank you.

speaking to someone is faster as well as listening will also improve.

Hi, nice to meet you all.
I just graduated from secondary school, but i feel my English level just like primary student.
I wish to improve my English long time ago, but when i am reading English magazine,
it seems like checking dictionary more than reading.

Have any way to improve my vocabulary?
