1. 完全不吃早餐跟午餐.
2. 晚餐不能超过7pm.
3. 晚餐也只不过是喝一碗汤或吃几条沒油的青菜!
一连几个星期就成功减了有10多kg..........人瘦了, 也漂亮啦! 之后我就不知她有再减下去吗? 因为看不到她有再瘦下去啰.............em0015
