take the exam part to say~
in Malaysia, the exam is testing us the memory, so if u have good memory, u can score high marks.
Oversea, it is testing your skill, it is nth to do with wat u learn in the text book.

so, i prefer Malaysia exam style, i can score, but if oversea, i sure fail every subject..
hw can a ppl who face long life "tested memory" exam suitable to take oversea exam?

so study in Malaysia good also but can't improve~

If choose to study in Malaysian can apply the PTPTN for the students who is having financial problem.
If choose to study in Singapore, unless you got no problem in financial. Or your results is good government will pay the fees for you.
Now i'm having financial problem, and i don't know whether which course should i take.
