新加坡公测，已经确定海外版是可以Online了，但是好像只局限在TA模式和Event罢了，网路对战好象是没有，不过总比没有em0013
这个公测不能使用EXP版本的卡，只能开新卡来玩，记得那些SG的玩家说只需玩20次就能把车改完了，而且还是限时改车呢，所以要的话就现在去SG玩
还有个好消息就是EXP版本和4代国际版的卡可以续承5代海外正式版

NEW Location Test at ZONE X @ LOT 1 only from July 30 to August 2.
Special Event Participation from July 31 to August 1:
Fri (July 31) 1000 - 2200
Sat (August 1) 1000 - 2200
Event details are as follow:
Scale: World-wide (HKG, JPN, SGP)
Rule: Time Trial
Course: Akina / Downhill / Night / Dry
Points for event registration: 500 (Correct me if im wrong, picture too blur)
Condition of winning prize: High rank 60% (or 80%?)
Prize item: Sticker data (5ZIGEN / ENKEI / YOKOHAMA)

1. Issue the license card.
2. Do the tuning of the car.
3. Join the event!!
-In this location test, when the license is newly issued, it is started from the state that tuning of the car has been all ???? [Step-5] beforehand.
-The performance can be started high. And the tuning shop opens at each play. These are different from a formal version.

-The card that can be bought in this location test cannot be used in a formal version.
-The card is only for the location test.
-The card of <Version EXP> cannot be used in this location test.
-The card of <Version EXP> will be able to be used by the upgrade continuously in the formal version.
-The card upgrade from [Initial D ARCADE STAGE 4] cannot be done.
-A part of explanation that has come out in the screen and the content of an actual game might be different because of the location test version under development.
-In this location test, "Driver-class" of <in-store-battle mode> does not move up and down.
-In this location test, a my character parts cannot be acquired.
