我帮同事向Joel_Babe买了一件裙子,照片明明是一件式的,等收到货时只有上衣和腰带。我就发送电邮给Joel_Babe原本的照片和我收到的上衣和腰带的照片比对给Joel_Babe。Joel_Babe竟然回答说是上衣和下半是分开卖的,她只卖上衣,她叫我看清楚照片。可是原先并没有注明是上衣,我和同事觉得她货不对办还在强词夺理,令人失望!我回答她说照片明明是一件式的,她的答案很不负责任,服务差劲,以后都不在跟她买了!刚才Joel_Babe发电邮给我回答如下:

So far we do not get any complaint like you do. Well we provide best resonable service to all our value customer. However, it doesn't mean that we have to cover the missunderstand which did by your side. When you comment that our replied to you is not responsible, do you think twice that are you a responsible consumers? well, I am not argue or trying to debate with you, but this the fact. In the eye of law I am just showing you what we have, and you offer it by accepted the terms.
Difinately you have your own choice in choosing an online shop, we have no right to stopp you in any sense.
Proffessionalism goes by attitude as well
