没，那时也换不到COURSE也那不到奖学金，呵呵。。
现在申请明年一月的PHD, 看中不中.

真得很乱阿....等下又first degree，等下又PhD...等下又undergraduate...

process by batch 应该不是考生申请日期的。。。

啊。。不要乱。First Degree = Undergraduate (现在你要申请的)学士学位, 完成了如果想Continue就读Master (硕士学位), 完成后还想挑战,Continue PHD(博士学位). 应该明白了吧..

然后我还有听过什么bachelor honours的东西...

通常毕业了(First Degree), 你的文凭会写着Bachelor of xxxxx, Bachelor = 学士, 象我的是Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) xxxxx, 通常4年的课程都会有honours, 看你的大学而定的.

我的COUSIN在AUSTRALIA读3年，可是文凭没有HONOURS， 而就读多9个月～1年来那HONOURS。

有报考toefl会不会对undergraduate入取占很大的优势？

哈哈，你这个问题我不知道怎样回答。。
其实我也不是很清楚，我个人觉得不会. (Undergraduate)看大学。。可是如果有TOEFL会更好, it's an advantages.

如果你是UEC，全部科拿A，可是英文FAIL或者刚刚好PASS，我不认为拿的到NUS／NTU咯。。
如果是STPM，全部SCORE A，NUS／NTU抢着你咯。。

for Postgradaute, it is a need to have TOEFL..

University.

Please be informed that in general, international applicants may only
apply for the PhD programme. You may apply based on your Bachelor
degree.

The minimum admission requirements for our PhD programme are

(1) A good bachelor degree
(2) Applicants whose mother tongue is not English must submit a copy of
their TOEFL score (at least 575 [Paper-based] or 233 [Computer-based]).
(3) A GRE test score is required if you are applying for the
Engineering
and science disciplines.

I would like to highlight to you that the minimum criteria for
admissionand scholarship award both requires applicants to furnish both TOEFL
and GRE test scores. You would need to submit both scores upon application.
Alternatively, we could arrange for you to take English and Technical
Proficiency tests in NTU subjective to the evaluation of your application.
