| 条件: | Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management. At least 2 years of hands-on experience as human resource generalist in manufacturing environment. Exposed to human resource management system (HRMS) and quality, environmental, health & safety (QSHE) management system, preferably as internal auditor. Knowledge on labour laws and ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO45001/SHE/ERCM requirement. Possess skills such as interpersonal, analytical thinking and problem solving, file management, computer applications, meticulous, high integrity and work ethics, team player, proactive and multi-tasking. |
