香菇,大枣,鸡,盐
做法
1.朵香菇10枚大枣泡软备用
2.半只鸡斩块,去掉肥的肉和皮。开水焯一下去掉血水。将鸡块放入煲内,加入适量水及姜、料酒,煲1——1.5小时,然后再放入香菇红枣,继续煲50分钟,加盐调味,即可食用
