鸡蛋50g、剩米饭100g、油适量、盐适量、香葱适量、咖喱粉适量。
做法
1、香葱切细末;
2、鸡蛋磕入碗中,按顺时针方向搅匀;
3、再将剩米饭、葱末、咖喱粉、调味鲜全放进蛋液里搅拌均匀;
4、拌好的米饭糊倒进热油锅内,小火慢煎成二面金黄色熟透;
5、起锅切块装盘即可。
