材料
燕窝半盏,鲜百合1个,干桂花少许,冰糖水适量
做法
1、将泡发好的燕窝和洗干净的百合放入炖盅内,加水,隔水文火炖煮30分钟左右。
2、调入冰糖水,撒上桂花,拌匀后即可食用
