豌豆粉200g、豆豉酱、红油、生抽、醋、大蒜、蚝油、花生碎、盐、葱
做法
1.提前将原材料准备好
2.将豌豆粉切成3-5厘米的长条;葱切成花;大蒜拍碎成泥
3.将生抽、醋、蒜泥、豆豉酱、蚝油、花生碎、红油、盐拌匀浇在铺好的豌豆粉上,撒上葱花即可食用
