SAGE UBS ACCOUNTING 电脑理账

课程的学习大纲如下：
1. 学习设定公司资料，会计年份。
2. 学习设置账号，修改账号, 删除账号, 更换账号及影印账号等等。
3. 学习输入起初余额, 检查及影印起初余额。
4. 学习设定存货账号及输入每月存货。
5. 学习管理应收账(顾客)及应付账(供应商)。这包括设置应收账及应付账账号，分配上年度欠款账龄，打印账月结单（Debtors Statements），分析应收款账龄报告或应付款账龄报告等等.
6. 学习如何开设账簿， 删除账簿， 锁住账簿以及解开上锁的账簿。
7. 学习输入公司商业及会计文件。这包括：
(1) 销售文件 (Sales)
(2) 采购文件 (Purchases)
(3) 销售退货文件 (Sales Returns)
(4) 采购退货文件 (Purchases Returns)
(5) 银行支出文件 (Bank Payments)
