QA Operator 5 days working (Puchong)
(with OT & Allowance) RM1200~RM1500

-Responsible for quality performance
-Responsible to immediate superior to conduct and report all checking and testing on printed sheet as described in the Lab Manual.
-Responsible to immediate superior to prepare color standards for printing and lab checks on shift basis to ensure proper standards is followed.
-Responsible to immediate superior to make quality decision and liaise, coordinate and work in co-operation with other departments as to quality.
-Responsible to immediate superior to check, test and prepare master samples and prepare all related reports to ensure on-time delivery as requested by customers.
-Responsible to immediate superior to maintain good data input into the system.
-Responsible to immediate superior to check finished goods pallet and OBS, to approve for packing and release or reject from delivery or storage.
-Responsible to immediate superior to maintain cleanliness of all test equipment, sample room as well as laboratory, good storage and good housekeeping for proper reference purposes i.e. printed samples, sample strips, standard bobbins, data… etc.
-Responsible to immediate superior to verify daily AT10 crosscheck. To carry out AT10 calibration and crosscheck in the absent of tester.
-Responsible to immediate superior to conduct the On-Line Inspection in the absence of the On-Line inspector and to conduct porosity testing in the absent of Tester or when need arise.
-Responsible to immediate superior to record and report to superior of any non-conformities being detected during lab, pallet checking and on-line inspection and testing.
-Responsible to immediate superior upon request to conduct special studies, program and plan progressively for developments towards improvement of quality level.

Requirement
-Possess at least SPM qualification.
-Possess at least 1 years of related working experience in Manufacturing especially in printing functions.
-Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa English.
-Good in mathematic
-Computer literate and knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel is essential.

Job Summary:
-Responsible for the blood collection and the smooth running of the assigned section.

Roles & Responsibilities:
-To collect blood specimens from patients using finger pricks, hell pricks and venipuncture at the laboratory blood collection area as well as the wards/units/department if requested.
-To bleed donor and performs stop bleeding during blood donation procedures if requested.
-To label specimens for identification purposes and registers patient request into computer
-To maintain inventories and requisitions medical laboratory supplies; stocks works as needed.
