| 工作性质: | - Play a role in every aspect of the building process, from design conception to inspection of the completed structure. - Oversee the execution of projects, which involves constant interaction with construction workers, clients and other building professionals. - Responsible for determining a project's budget. - Coordinate project requirements with clients, in-house staff, and review agencies. - Include the management and design of buildings. - Perform structural design and analysis of steel, concrete, and timber structure elements utilizing structural software; applying code requirements; developing and checking plan details; as well as preparing cost estimates, technical reports, and specifications for buildings and other structures. - May be required to provide construction oversight on projects. |

| 工作时间: | 9am - 6pm but subject to project |
| 工作日期: | 5.5 working day but subject to project |
| 工钱: | RM 3, 000 - RM 6, 500 |
| 条件: | - Candidates with Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ E&E Engineering / Quantity Surveyor or equivalent. - Minimum 3 years working experience in handling project site/ structural design is preferable. - Chinese speaker is an added advantage. |
