it may due to customs regulations - penalty is one thing, confiscation is another. it doesn't mean after imposing monetary penalty the stuffs in question can be released through customs. thus your parcel is unsealed and missing some prohibited stuffs. 中文。

就不会吧真相告诉顾客
然而把顾客的货拿去冒险
到真的中海关卡了
就会说这个公司不好。。。那个公司不好。。。
