Working location: Jalan Tun Sri Lanag, Melaka

Qualification:
1) minimum SPM/ diploma/ degree holder
2) able to work shift,
3) own transportation,
4) able to work overtime,
5) good customer service skills and good English communication skill

Added advantages:
1) technical background (IT/Telco/Networking/computer Science)
2) possess call center experience
3) mandarin speaker

Working Hour:
Rotating shift between 8 a.m. until 12 a.m., including weekend and public holiday

Salary package:
1) Basic RM 1,700-RM 2,800
2) Shift Allowance RM 9 per day
3) Customer Service Allowance RM 150
4) KPI Allowance RM 100
5) Mandarin allowance RM 300

Job scope: handle inbound call regarding customer's enquiries and complaint
