Responsibilities
- Efficiently communicate with our customers to provide them with the most suitable courses for them
- Provide friendly and helpful customer services and answer to their enquires to give them a more enjoyable learning experience in our school
- Build and maintain a loyal customer base
- Update and maintain the school’s social media pages to increase viewership
Requirements
• Able to handle both Mandarin Chinese and English speaking customers.
• Friendly and outspoken, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with social networks (e.g. Facebook, BBS, Wechat) to boost viewership for our school
• Minimum of one year of related experience preferred
• Singaporean or Malaysian (PR, DP, LTVP) preferred
