工作性质:	- Ensure compliance with shop operation requirements - Control manpower - staff schedule & leave management - Manage staff & their performance - Identify customer profile to establish rapport & relationship building - Secure store merchandize - implement security measures & compliance with SOP - Ensure safe, clean & cordial store environment - Ensure compliance with operational & personnel policies & procedures - Lead & develop team to achieve sales objectives & company goals - Control inventory / merchandize - Prepare monthly reports
工作地点:	Tebrau City; Shopping Mall
工作时间:	10.00am - 07.00pm; 01.00pm - 10.00pm
工作日期:	六天制；轮班制
工钱:	RM1500 - RM3000
条件:	- Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field - At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - Preferably junior executive specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent - Preferable candidate who have the working experience in retail / sport / fashion line.
