如果说我打算投机并且买了一座公寓400k, 向bank借了loan~5年后房子升值到600k,我打算卖了
-请问我是怎么赚哪200k的?
-cancel loan一般会penalty多少?
-买家是否需要用cash付款? 如果买家也是向bank借钱, 那么谁交付我那升值了的200k?
