DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (MYOB)
-Determines requirements by working with customers.
-Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
-Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
-Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
-Maintains call center database by entering information.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
➢ Have the ability to communicate and listen to the problem occurred by the customers.
➢ SPM or higher with minimum 1 year of working experience
➢ Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply (Diploma, Degree)
➢ Willingness to accept feedback and quickly adapt
➢ Have the ability to deliver quality work in a fast paced environment
➢ Flexibility with constant changes, adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.
SALARY
-Basic Salary RM 2,300 – RM 2,600
-Commission 4%-8%
-Medical Benefit and performance bonuses (Based on performance)
