鸡蛋,生粉,虾,盐,糖,姜汁,蒜汁,生抽,胡椒粉.
做法
1.鸡蛋打散,加入生粉备用.
2.虾去壳,砂线,剁成碎末.
3.将鸡蛋和虾混合,加入盐,糖,胡椒粉.
4.锅中少量油,将虾饼成型到酥黄.
5.将姜汁,蒜汁,生抽混合在锅中炒香.
6.淋上虾饼即可食用.
