急求助！yes4g可以割掉嗎

想請問一下我剛申請了一個yes4g
可是他不到幾天就email我說data用了80%

重點我還沒有什麼用到 contract2年我才用了一個月
可以割掉嗎？

yes 不管怎样两年的钱给定了。你现在唯一能做的是检查 data 为什么花这么快才能解决问题。

11 (b) Before the expiry of an applicable Contract Period, if You terminate the Agreement OR if the Agreement is terminated due to Your default, You shall in addition to the foregoing sub-clause (a) (ii) and (iii) be liable to pay Us the sum equivalent to the aggregate Commitment Fees for the unexpired Contract Period still remaining as at the date of premature termination (hereinafter referred to as "Early Termination Charges"). Without prejudice to Our rights, we may, at our sole and absolute discretion, require You to return the Yes Device together with all the accessories including but not limited to the charger, battery, USB cable and the accompanying box in which the same was packaged under Your Service Plan.
