我的朋友想从EPF户口拿钱出来供屋子，现在account 2大概有十千，每个月大概有三百块会进去account 2。

请问每个月可以提取多少钱来供屋子？麻烦知道的大大解答！

All your savings in Account 2

joint name house
The difference between the house price with the loan amount and an
additional 10% of the house price
OR
All the savings in each purchaser’s Account 2 subject to the maximum
amount eligible for withdrawal.

kwsp acc.2不是只能拿出来买屋子罢了吗？
还屋子贷款也可以吗？
