1. 拥有2年相关经验为佳 或 大学毕业生/ 2 years teaching experience is preferable or fresh grads is welcome
2. 独立，有责任感，肯学习具有上进心 / independent, responsible, willing to learn
3. 语文能力好（英文，华语）/ good in english
