我就要求寄回来,我查了确定脱毛到无法使用才能做赔偿,而我也可以退回供应商。但是客户竟然说我浪费她时间,说我要竟然查货才退款。根据所有基本买卖条规,不可能顾客投诉就直接赔偿吧,难道品质没达到她要的,卖家就要退款了么?更何况都超过10天了,我还让她退回,我还不够妥协吗?结果是她不退,给了2个差评于我。唉。。。

im extremely disappointed with the brush set. its not at all high quality goat's hair. the brush hairs are all falling off terribly cnt use at all. it looks like synthetic hair. u have given a false description. a total waste of money.

this parcel already delivered on 13 Jan. If the brush already falling off too terribly caused totally cannot be use at all, you may return to us. we will check and refund the item price.

i say im not satisfied with ur product and u say u have 2 check it 1st b4 refund? seriously? do you think il be wasting my time if the brushes were ok? y dont you check ur products 1st next time b4 posting them out. u noe wat. jus keep the money ive gt x time 4 tis hassel.

we do checked the item before post, the item condition is not as you said when we posted. then you feedback cannot be use due to the brush hair falling off terribly, follow procedure we need get back the item only can make the refund. because we do need return back to supplier too. Hope you understand.
