Control Panel > Program > Default Programs > Associate a file tpye or... > choose vbs file > change programs as notepad > apply
Control Panel > Program > Change Auto Play Setting > Uncheck Use Autoplay for all media & device > Save.
Control Panel > System & Security > Admin Tools > Service(shortcut file) > Choose Shell Hardware Detection >
Properties > Startup Type > Disable > Apply.
