audit report 有一个part是audit opinion的不是？那里就可以知道了

audit report前面几页就有写的不是吗?
能不能给link看下那个audit report啊?

lecturer叫我们从那些公司里面自己找~可我不会看呢
这是lecturer给的instruction

searching two different types of audit report from two different companies available in Malaysia based on the categories stated above. These companies MUST be public listed companies (PLCs) listed in BURSA MALAYSIA (www.bursamalaysia.com).

Note: Each group required to find:
I) Company I: One unqualified audit report (standard or modified); and
II) Company II: Another type of audit report (either qualified, disclaimer or adverse report).

This audit report was normally entitled under “Independent Auditor’s Report” or “Report of the Auditors to the Members” in the Annual Report.

是怎样找的哦我知道是看annual report的independent auditor's report
然后看opinion 都是写TRUE and fair的
那个I 和II的是在要求什么东西就不明白了...

第一个就容易找,就普通"没问题"的公司
第二个就比较难找, 是一些公司有状况的.. (financial statement有问题的)
可是通常在bursa的company都会是unqualified report吧 @@
感觉你的lec在玩嘢~
