I am from Singapore & we went to JB KSL Shopping to do some shopping..
We actually went to VIVI Bride not planning to sign a package as we were not engage. We saw the wedding album outside the shop. It was nicely done with setting done in Taiwan. So we decided to go in to take a look. This is the first time me & my future wife walk into a wedding album shop. We were amazed by the staff inside the shop. They bring us around, asking us if we were planning to get marry & stuff like that. Actually I feel that I have found the right one & it is a matter of time I propose to her. This is also a good chance to see if she is also serious with this relationship.

We were entertained by a staff name Louis. We were very happy with his service. In the end, we left the shop with a package worth RM$3,688 with 30 pose, a book, many stuffs attached. After that we were worried that we may make the wrong choice. Actually the good thing about Vivi is that it allows you to tailor some of the things, like driving our own car, so we save on the car charges (around RM$300), they also have eye lashes & other stuffs. We were worried about pushy staff when we choose our photo. In the end, we were very happy with the services. The photographer, the tailor, the staff, the make up artist to everyone who represent Vivi Bride in the deal. They did a very good job from the start until the end. We were able to go for the shoot at Little Bali, somewhere in Mersing. It is a very nice place as recommended by the studio. During the fitting of gown, the staffs were also very helpful & make sure we find the best gown suitable for my beautiful bride. The tailor also recommended some gowns that will fit her. When we go to choose our photo, the staff were not very pushy, even thought we stick to our 30 photos. They just happily accept our choice & we were very satisfied. When we collected the album, everything is done very nicely & nothing is lacking.
I really recommend VIVI Bride to anyone who wish to have their wedding album done. Their location is at the 3rd floor of KSL Shopping JB & you can also go for some shopping while you are there.
