On Demand Pickup is for DOMESTIC DELIVERY ONLY.
۩ Pickup will be done within selected postcode coverage. It is important for the
customer to check the availability of pickup service before request pickup.
۩ Pickup for ODP request received before 1pm shall be performed on the same
working day between 9am to 6pm.
۩ Pickup for ODP request received after 1pm shall be performed on the next working
day between 9am to 6pm.
۩ Additional surcharge of RM5.00 per pickup point will be charge on top of posting
charges.
۩ Posting cancellation must be done on the same day of pickup date.
۩ Pickup surcharge will not be refund for any cancellation of posting due to any
circumstances.
