sTyLe.story无理扣押（hold）我的货

我跟sTyLe.story的纠纷可以在这里看到：

我给了劣评以后sTyLe.story以“解除我的不满后，才将货寄出”为由，扣押我的货作为报复。

我的论点是：
1。我已经把运费付清了，没拖欠任何费用，sTyLe.story是不是应该就把我的货寄出？
2。买家给评论是我的权利
3。sTyLe.story说要“解除我的不满”其实是个谎言，是为了让顾客误以为他们是有诚意解决问题的。因为实际上sTyLe.story并没有采取任何行动来“解除我的不满”！
4。我已经多次留言要求将我的货寄出，sTyLe.story却不回应。
5。若我的货继续被卖家扣押，这如同在卖场上遇上骗子没有两样！因为我是付完钱却没有收到货。
