最近对Gym有点兴趣 有买Gym Bar跟Push up stand在家里做
我是想问如果我是想练一点点给穿衣服有Shape不要太夸张的,我应该喝Protein吗?
如果是的话 我适合什么Protein呢?
然后Protein又是几时喝?
然后如果没喝了又会怎样
求高人指点
