我怀孕的时候没有特别补,都是吃医生给的VITAMIN和iron pil。
然后吃蓝藻咯~喝黑芝麻糊~黄豆粉~ 之后三餐正常,好像平时这样吃而已。
话说,我还是素食的呢~
妈妈爽爽会泡一杯泡参给我补气。
就这样而已咯~~
