
800g排骨斩块
腌料:1小匙盐,1小匙蛋黄粉,1粒蛋,1大匙面粉,1大匙粟粉
汁料:
3大匙浓缩橙汁,3大匙水,2大匙美奶滋。
做法:排骨加入腌料拌均腌1个小时,放在油中炸至金黄色。
汁料放入锅中拌煮,加入排骨炒匀,就是这样简单。
