没有大学/学院，不靠近新加坡，不靠近商业地区，只是靠近几排店屋就要价RM350k,租金回酬连RM1200都不懂有没有，地点在五福城还能接受，古来...... 炒房也要看地点，买房也要看值不值。最后买到贵屋的就变成水鱼房奴~ 当然如果水鱼多我也没有话讲啦~
