Fighting EX Layer adds free DLC characters Vulcano Rosso and Pullum Purna
《格斗领域EX》将推出2个免费DLC角色来自街头霸王EX

　　《格斗领域ex》开发商Arika宣布，将会免费推出2个新的DLC角色提供给玩家，2名角色Vulcano Rosso和Pullum Purna都来自《街头霸王EX》。

　　《格斗领域EX》可以被称为《街头霸王EX》的精神续作，收录众多形形色色魅力各异的角色，本作还推出了独特的“强气”（Gougi）系统，玩家选择不同角色能与不同的“强气”搭配，形成特殊的游玩体验。2位免费DLC角色的到来无疑能让《街霸EX》 感到欣喜。

　　更多细节将于8月3日的EVO 2018上公开。本作7月底之前的新更新将实现进行在线匹配后进行训练模式的功能，此外还将推出“街机模式0.80版本”。

Arika will release free downloadable content characters Vulcano Rosso and Pullum Purna for Fighting EX Layer, the company announced. Release dates for each characters will be announced at Evolution 2018, which runs from August 3 to 5.

Furthermore, we plan to make these characters available free of charge.

Details regarding the release dates will be announced at Evo 2018, which takes place from August 3 in Las Vegas, America.

After graduating from the Organization, Rosso began his new life as the “Narcissist Detective.” Although initially he didn’t intend on taking a request from a certain rich princess, once he heard the target was Jack he changed his mind.

After her father’s disappearance, Purna rose up and governed her country in his stead. While trying to figure out a way to escape from the boredom of her daily life, Purna discovered a clue about her father’s disappearance.

Dungeon Hunter V coming to PS4, PS Vita on July 13 in Japan



Gameloft and Laplace will release smartphone hack and slash Dungeon Hunter 5 on PlayStation 4 and PS Vita on July 13, the company announced.

Pre-registration is now available via the PlayStation Store in Japan (PS4, PS Vita) and will run through July 18. Users who pre-register will receive an equipment treasure chest containing a powerful weapon.

Underwater survival game Subnautica coming to PS4 this holiday

Subnautica Coming to PlayStation 4

Subnautica is coming to PlayStation 4! Ever since the earliest days of Subnautica on Steam, we have received constant requests for Subnautica to come to Sony’s console. Well, we heard you, and we are thrilled to be able to announce that we are working to make your requests a reality.

We have partnered with Panic Button, experts in console development, to help us bring Subnautica to the PS4. Panic Button are also helping to accelerate development on Subnautica Xbox.

Millions of people have enjoyed Subnautica on Steam, and in the as-yet-unfinished Xbox Preview. We hope that many more will now be able to experience the wonder, peril, and adventure that lies beneath the waves on Planet 4546B.

12 minutes of Spyro Reignited Trilogy ‘Idol Springs’ gameplay



The latest episode of PlayStation Underground features 12 minutes of gameplay from the upcoming Spyro Reignited Trilogy.

Specifically, the footage features the Spyro 2: Ripto’s Rage! Realm “Idol Springs.”

Spyro Reignited Trilogy includes remastered versions of Spyro the Dragon, Spyro 2: Ripto’s Rage!, and Spyro: Year of the Dragon, and is due out for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on September 21.

　　《裂痕 Rift》研发商 Trion Worlds 旗下《生存圣战（暂译，原名：Defiance）》系列 PC、PS4、Xbox One 多人在线游戏新作《生存圣战 2050（暂译，原名：Defiance 2050）》昨日正式上市。

　　Trion Worlds 表示，《生存圣战 2050》是以科幻为题材的免费在线合作射击游戏，故事设定在一个拥有先进外星技术的末日后世界，它采用了原本《生存圣战》的精彩故事与世界观，大幅改善游戏核心系统， 玩家可以与朋友一起探索并解锁各种强大武器，游戏强调拥有动态开放世界环境、大规模合作对战、令人惊艳的视觉效果以及众多武器选择等。



　　游戏中将提供玩家各有专长的职业，包括刺客、守卫者、战斗医护兵、爆破先锋等，游戏并提供进化的视觉效果，让玩家可以体验更加华丽的游戏画面。 游戏在未来也将推出更多的新内容，包括今年底前可望推出工程师与十字军等新职业。

Kalypso Media now owns the Commandos IP, plans new game and remasters
《盟军敢死队》新作开发中 版权已卖给德国厂商

　　德国游戏开发商兼发行商Kalypso Media Group今日宣布他们已经买下了《盟军敢死队（Commandos）》的版权，并表示系列新作正在开发中，之前的老游戏有望获得重制登陆当代平台。

　　随着最近的收购，《盟军敢死队》游戏品牌现在归于这家欧洲地区的发行商，他们拥有对该系列之前老游戏的分发以及未来新作的发行权。

　　Kalypso Media Group创始人兼全球总经理Simon Hellwig说：“我们非常自豪和荣幸能把如此庞大、成功的游戏品牌，包括《盟军敢死队》、《罗马执政官》和《帝国荣耀》加入到我们的麾下。这次收购带来的机遇将有助于为我们集团的进一步成长创造尽可能最佳的土壤。”

Commandos Returns! Kalypso Secures All Iconic Pyro Studios Franchises

The Kalypso Media Group is thrilled to announce that it has secured all rights to the highly-acclaimed fan-favourite gaming IP, Commandos. With this latest acquisition, the entire Commandos brand is completely owned by Kalypso Media, which not only covers future releases but also all distribution rights to the entire series thus far, including Commandos: Behind Enemy Lines, Commandos 2: Men of Courage, Commandos 3: Destination Berlin and Commandos: Strike Force, as well as Pyro Studios’ other titles, such as Imperial Glory and Praetorians.

Since its initial launch in 1998 the Commandos IP is one of the most popular and well-known real-time tactics series in gaming history, focusing on careful and strategic action with finely-tuned stealth gameplay. The series revolutionized the genre with its groundbreaking game mechanics, and its influence can still be felt in strategy games today.

Perfect World and Gunfire Games announce co-op shooter Remnant: From the Ashes for PS4, Xbox One, and PC
《暗黑血统3》开发商新作《遗迹：灰烬重生》公布 合作对抗异次元怪兽

　　《暗黑血统3》开发商 Gunfire Games 公布了一款新作《遗迹：灰烬重生（Remnant: From the Ashes）》并带来了游戏的预告片。

　　本作将会是第三人称的合作生存游戏，设定在一个被另外一个次元怪兽占领的末世地球，将会拥有动态生成的关卡，并支持人物自定义和物品制作。

　　《遗迹：灰烬重生》将会在2019年正式发售，登陆PS4、Xbox One和PC。



Perfect World and Gunfire Games, developer of the upcoming Darksiders III, have announced Remnant: From the Ashes, a third-person co-op survival action shooter coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC in 2019.

Remnant: From the Ashes is set on a post-apocalyptic Earth overrun with beings from another dimension called The Root. In order to survive, players will traverse dimensions featuring “dynamically-generated levels,” craft weapons and equipment, recruit tradesmen to populate their home base, and customize their character to suit their personal playstyle. The game will also feature a character progression system and multiple hero archetypes to choose from.

A demo of Remnant: From the Ashes will be playable at Gamescom 2018 and PAX West 2018 in late August.

State of Mind launches August 15



State of Mind will launch for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC and Mac via Steam on August 15 for $39.99 on consoles and $29.99 on Steam, publisher Daedalic Entertainment announced.

Developed in Unreal Engine, State of Mind takes a sharp look at the immense technological promise the world we live in by jumping us forward to Berlin in 2048. Players take on the role of Richard Nolan, a journalist whose life is starting to fall apart. His wife and child have disappeared and his memories are slipping away.

State of Mind boasts a unique low-poly visual style – designed to represent the fragmented nature of Richard’s world – as well as several playable characters and about 15 hours of engaging gameplay.

The world is on the brink. Lack of resources, polluted air and water, crime on the rise, and rampant wars have left populations disillusioned with and detached from reality. Drones and humanoid robots replace humans in the public sector; everything is interconnected, and surveillance has become omnipresent.

It’s down to Richard to find out what’s going on, both in his own life and in the world around him. It’s an investigation that draws him closer to the new and supposedly perfect virtual world “City 5” that more and more people depressed with their real lives are embracing. What happens when he discovers that his life in the real world is somehow linked to that of a complete stranger living out their days in this new virtual one?

“State of Mind is a game about transhumanism and its all-in bet on the future,” explains the game’s author, Martin Ganteföhr. “It is, however, not a game about the technology of tomorrow, but about tomorrow’s people. In the center of this narrative is the motif of separation and reunion. What happens, if the future creates fractures between body and mind? Between reality and constructs? Between biological and virtual ego?”

The game’s main protagonist, Richard Nolan, is one of the few journalists openly criticizing this development. When he wakes up in hospital after an explosion and finds that his wife and son have mysteriously vanished, Richard realizes: he and his family have become more than just bystanders in a storm of rivaling ideas pertaining humankind’s salvation between dystopian reality and digital utopia. Instead, they find themselves right at the center of it.

Ganteföhr continues: “State of Mind picks up the idea to make something whole from fragments. Richard, our protagonist, has to rearrange and sort out his life. He has to endure disruptions of social, technological and very personal nature. The motif of fragments, clearly visible in the key visuals and style, transcends the whole game: it is embedded in the narrative structure, the visuals, the main characters’ core concepts and even in the mechanics of ‘Reconstruction’.”

Fall of Light: Darkest Edition Announced for PS4, Xbox One and Switch



Fall of Light: Darkest Edition announced for Nintendo Switch, PS4 and Xbox One

Indie publisher Digerati is delighted to announce that atmospheric action RPG Fall of Light: Darkest Edition will be launching digitally on Nintendo Switch, PS4 and Xbox One later this summer (exact date still TBC).

Additionally, thanks to a partnership with Eastasiasoft Limited, a PS4 limited edition physical version will be available from Play-Asia.com. Release date, pricing, and other details will be announced closer to launch.

Fall of Light launched on Steam in 2017 and the console exclusive Darkest Edition version features all the original content as well as an all-new dungeon to explore, complete with new enemies, traps, and weapons, created especially for the Darkest Edition.

The first title from indie studio RuneHeads, Fall of Light featured as a showcase title at Milan Games Week 2017 and is inspired by games such as Dark Souls and ICO. PC gaming site Rock, Paper, Shotgun highlighted Fall of Light as a ‘hidden gem’ when the game launched last year on Steam.
