立夏到三伏,可以开始喝姜枣茶了。
原料:家里常备的做菜的老姜,和晒干的红枣。早上把姜切薄片,用保鲜膜包好带到办公室,
放保温杯中,加三四枚红枣(红枣最好把皮掐破再泡,更容易出味)沸水冲泡,盖上盖子焖
一会就可以喝一上午了。体虚的女性,再加点红糖
