USB Controller is not installed

Device Manager--> Other devices---> USB Controller (the drivers for this device are not installed. Code 28)
到底要怎样哦？我的USB port只有一个能用，其他插了都没有声音，不能用。怎么办
driver又不懂是哪一个

不能哦。我上网查，然后看到什么chipset 的。。。

INSPIRON N5110

之前电脑有问题所以就format过。
现在变成这样。我不懂电脑的东西，都是我爸爸帮我弄的。
现在只有左侧的USB能用而已。

這樣啊，你去computer icon right click > manage > device manager > other decive right click > detail
下面顯示什麼？？

去dell support 下载 usb driver 哦，因为你format 过，可能没下载到他的driver，USb 3.0
