试试看下面的步骤：

1.Uninstall program Mystart Incredibar
2. Go to the start menu, click on 'Computer'
3. In the search box, type in 'mystart'
4. When you get results, simply right-click on them and delete them all. You may have to refresh, for your own peace of mind to make sure they have all been deleted.
5. Repeat, searching also for: 'incredibar', 'coolyou', 'conduit' and 'perion'

要不然这样：
in google chrome, go in to your extensions there should be one with a orange background and a magnifying glass remove it. I had it too and I just got rid of it that way.

ON GOOGLE CHROME JUST GO TO SETTINGS THEN EXTENSIONS AND DELETE THE ORANGE MAGNIFYING GLASS

在google chrome，点击那个wrench，然后去tools > extensions
然后在extensions那里找一个“橙色背景，放大镜icon的extension“
delete那个extension试试看
