我这里到下午就线就很慢，很卡，到晚上有正常了。。
我听说是因为tm要逼我们换unifi。。。 ...

我由 2004 开始就装 Streamyx RM66 512/256kbps 用到现在。
你的这个问题我也有中过，他的 Technicians 检查过 N 次也是一样，到了最后一个华人的 Technicians 检查了过后跟我说我的电话线连接点那边的 Hub 品质不好，到了下午膨胀起来所以 Contact 不到就断线，晚上冷了收缩之后连接到又能上线

(热胀冷缩原理 ?)

对了，关于投诉的时候，要他们没声出乖乖的帮你们检查；
1. 买一个好的 Router Modem （如 Linksys) 的, 而且以前用坏了的 Modem Router 也收起来做模样。
2. 买几个的 Spliter 和一条比较长的 Telephone cable.
3. 买一条比较长的 Telephone cable.
4. 在打电话前，先 command prompt ipconfig 先记下所有的 IP
5. 把 Router 的 IP 设定为 Fix IP 之后电脑的也是。

打了电话，就问他/她的名字，然后告诉他你的 Streamyx 有问题，然后第一先看他/她说什么，在他说了过后，他/她肯定叫你检查你的硬件，在这个时候,是你 Shoot 的时候, 把以下的都 Shoot 给他听：
记得一开始你跟他说：
Start: OK I also understand on that, my self also is a technical support （不是也骗他是啦） on the computer system and I also have check all that I can before I calling streamyx, and I have check all like (之后接以下的）
1. I have check the Modem and all the setting.
2. I have restart the modem few time.
3. I have try to change the modem event few brand I have try like linksys, buffalo, dlink, tp link, and prolink
(记得别说太多啦, 最好是自己有的才说,没有也不已经,炮他几个也可以.我是电脑技术人员, 所以家中真的有这些品牌的才敢说, 他们来检查我也可以 Show 给他们看）
4. I have check the ip with command prompt and all is my fix IP I have set it correctly and have been running for long time no problem at all.
5. I have try to change the router also but still the same.
6. I also try to change the telephone cable and still the same.
7. I have also restart all my PC, modem, together also the same cant connect to streamyx or very slow (选一，别说不能 Connect 然后又说 Slow)
8. I also try to swap the telephone line with the streamyx line and have confirm bot the the line also is working fine.
9. and for sure I can confirm for sure the all hardware at here is ok.

（如果他说要 Reset 要你 Restart Modem 的，照做，不能再告诉他不能，之后跟他说:
I have been very tired on this, can you just send the technicians to check on this and please make sure the problem been solve asap because internet is very importation if not I will having deal with others way of complaints (最绝的是在说完这句后加上他/她的的名字)

之后他肯定会帮你 Log Case 就等她做把，记得吧 Case 好么记起来，不能就在一直投诉，还是不能，告诉你我两年前做过最强的一招。
拿了log case 号码去到他们最多人的 Branch 之后等最多人的时候，才进去，之后在他们 Serve 我的的时候，跟他们说了我的 Case 之后，他们检查了之后还叫我等，在这个时候我大声的说, ( I have Complaints this case for long time ago and have log this case for few time, then I have been waiting for about 1 month++ and still the same what S.H1T service streamyx is providing pay for what I didn't get, all the TM service team is sleeping or is in work, if like this batter I take my money trow it into trash bin is batter, (之后我转去旁边对着在那边申请 Streamyx 的顾客说) hey batter you don't use streamyx, this is a useless service (在这时他的 Manager 出来了，把我请到他的办公室和我谈，之后我大骂，在当天晚上我的 Streamyx 就好了)
（PS：当时在槟城 George Town branch 还电话费的人应该看过我的伟迹吧
