[已解决]无法连接网络，怀疑是 网络卡（ethernet card ） 的问题

电脑装备：
桌面型电脑
Windows XP  Professional
Version 2002
Service Pack 3
Intel(R) Pentium(R) D CPU 2.66GHz


状况一： Network Connections 里是空白的

情况注解： 我去按 Network Tasks 目录下的 Create a new connection，跳出 New Connection Wizard >>> Next >>> Connect to the Internet >>> Set up my connection manually >>> Next >>> Connect using a broadband connection that is always on >>> Next >>> Finish.
结果什么也没有。



状况二： 网络卡（ethernet card ）无法正常操作

情况注解： 我去按 Start >>> Control Panel >>> Printer and Other Hardware >>> Add Hardware >>> 跳出 Add Hardware Wizard >>> Next >>> Yes, I have already connected the hardware >>> Ethernet Controller >>> Next >>> Finish >>> Install the software automatically (Recommended) >>> Next >>> Yes,connect and search for the software on the Internet >>> Next。


结果显示 Cannot Install this Hardware 。 理由是：The hardware was not installed because the wizard cannot find the necessary software.

那个network card的driver还没install？
你try去reinstall看看

    不知道怎么找相应的 Driver

当时买那个card的时候应该有一个cd的

    没有换过哦~
也不知道有什么 CD

你可以先去cmd打 ping 127.0.0.1看看系統是否會回應，

然後關於你網卡的Driver，你可以看你的Mother board的型號去官方網站下載

   
是不是风扇下面那排长长的号码？
