之前我用了你介绍的软件算过了,1800..最近也有在控制了,早上和练后摄取比较多卡路里.. 楼主你讲的非常的仔细清楚! 感谢阿..
可是我遇到一个问题,我一天很难激烈的full body workout..比如说我先练了chest, chest完了以后练别的时就非常的累,而且到过后的抖着练,非常难..是我本身的问题还是摄取的问题??
PROTEIN的话我是想用NITRO-TECH..运动后和早上各一SCOOP..这样可以吗??感谢楼主的付出教导,帮了我超多
