生菜去根洗净,控干水分,圣女果洗净去蒂。生菜手撕成片状,码在碗底。圣女果对半切开,摆在生菜上。黄瓜用刮皮刀从头至尾刮下薄薄的一片,把黄瓜片放在容器中。撒上白芝麻,日式沙拉汁和蜂蜜混合,吃之前淋在沙拉中拌匀即可。
